Hope you’re having a terrific Wednesday.

I, myself, am enjoying a nice, slower-paced week, but that doesn’t mean the world of AI took a day off.

Because while we sleep, key players in the AI scene continue to vie for power.

Currently, that race is happening between the big players like Claude 3, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot…

And the next new thing is making AI ethical.

As of yesterday, OpenAI formed a Safety and Security Committee.

According to their website, This new committee is responsible for making recommendations on critical safety and security decisions for all OpenAI projects.

Its first task: evaluate and further develop OpenAI’s processes and safeguards over the next 90 days.

If you are worried about AI leadership and accountability, then this is something you may want to follow.
