These terms cover aiupdate.ai and the AI Update newsletter, podcast, and YouTube show. AI Update is operated by Mark Savant Media ("we," "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

You may use aiupdate.ai, the newsletter, and our free downloads for your own personal or internal business use. Please don't misuse them: no scraping, no attempts to break or overload the site, and no reselling or republishing our downloads.

To get the newsletter you give us a valid email address and confirm it. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Everything we publish is for general information and education. It is not legal, financial, tax, career, or other professional advice. AI tools change fast and results vary. Check things yourself, and talk to a qualified professional before you rely on anything for an important decision.

The site, newsletter, podcast, videos, and downloads, including text, graphics, and logos, belong to Mark Savant Media or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share short quotes with credit and a link back to us. Anything beyond that needs our written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

Some of our content is sponsored, and some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission or fee if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Sponsored content is labeled as such. We only feature products we think are worth your time, but you should do your own research before you buy.
